Judith Ann Gerrish, age 74, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. Judith was born February 6, 1946. Beloved daughter of the late Frank and Irene (Petronelli) Murawski, and step-daughter of the late Theodore Karczewski. Devoted wife of Lyman H. Gerrish Jr., and proud mother of Jessica and Jason. Dear sister of Joyce (Murawski) McMath, and the late Frank Murawski Jr., and cherished sister-in-law of the late Steven McMath. Loving aunt of Karrie (McMath) Poplaski [Bill], and Jeff McMath [Danielle], and adored great-aunt of William, James, and Olivia, Stephen and Julianna. Esteemed niece of the late Josephine [Harry] Dauenhauer, and cousin Nicole. Forever treasured by Emerson Tylah, Olivaros, and Aracely, the late Fiona Isabella. Visiting hours under COVID-19 social distancing guidelines will be Sunday, January 24 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at McManus-Lorey Funeral Home, 2084 Horse Block Road, Medford, NY. The family has requested that those who wish to express sympathy consider making a donation to Judith's favorite charity, the Wounded Warrior Project, in honor of her late brother Frank Murawski, a member of the Air National Guard, or Villalobos Rescue Center, in honor of our beloved Fiona.
